It is a translation intended for official use and bearing the seal and signature of a translator duly registered with the Translators Association of the relevant jurisdiction. These formalities must be fulfilled before beginning the translation.

What is the difference between translation and interpretation?

Translation consists in transferring in writing the meaning of a text written in one language (source text) to an equivalent text in another language (target text), while interpretation consists in transmitting orally in one language a speech delivered in another language.
